• About the Team
• Agent Platforms & Communications cares for the foundational systems and capabilities that power our customer and associate servicing touchpoints across all human-assisted channels: Branch, Cafe, Phone & Back Office.

We steward an ecosystem of federated servicing experiences that span our Consumer and Small Business Banks. This role will lead our Teller modernization efforts: Driving the strategy and vision for transforming vendor solutions into flexible, scalable internal capabilities to help the associates in our in-person locations thrive. This is a critical area set to reimagine in-person servicing and expand our current platforms to meet the unique needs of the areas we serve.

• Basic Qualifications:

• + At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management + Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: + A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) + A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration •

Preferred Qualifications:

• + Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Mgr, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
