  • Remote Job Details Summary The Senior Manager, Regional Sales Enablement (North America) drives adoption, execution, and reinforcement of enablement initiatives across the region.
This role partners closely with North America sales leadership to ensure sellers consistently execute sales plays, points of view, and enablement priorities. The role ensures global enablement strategy translates into observable field execution and consistent seller behaviour. You enjoy partnering directly with sales leadership to reinforce priorities and drive consistent execution in the field. This role sits within the Global Sales Enablement team and serves as the primary regional enablement partner for North America. You will have the opportunity to help scale a high-growth organization with an established product foundation and startup mindset. The responsibilities of the role include: Drive regional adoption and execution of global sales plays, POVs, and enablement programs across North America Partner with North America sales leadership on readiness and execution priorities Reinforce enablement initiatives through regional cadences and enablement sessions Ensure sellers understand what to focus on, when to execute, and how to apply enablement guidance Collect and surface field feedback and execution insights to inform global improvements Support regional sales kickoffs, QBRs, and enablement forums Collaborate with Enablement Programs & Platforms to ensure programs are executed effectively in-region What we're looking for: Must have skills/experience: 7-10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, or related GTM roles Experience supporting enterprise or complex sales motions Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed environment Advantageous skills/experience: First-hand Sales/Quota carrying experience Background supporting regional sales teams Experience translating strategy into consistent seller behavior Experience operating in fast-paced growth environments We look for the following SMART values in everyone we hire at
