Engineering Key Responsibilities Support manufacturing automation processes with focus on quality, efficiency, and cost savings Lead equipment specification, acquisition, installation, and automation upgrades Troubleshoot machine logic, electromechanical systems, and process controls Drive root cause investigations, CAPA, and failure analysis using structured problem-solving methods Lead process improvements, validation activities, and design of experiments (DOE) Develop and revise SOPs, validation protocols, risk assessments, and technical documentation Manage cross-functional engineering projects and coordinate project milestones Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, compliance, and productivity Mentor junior engineers and technicians on automation, process, and compliance best practices Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, FDA, and safety standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Strong experience in manufacturing automation and equipment troubleshooting Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, or structured problem-solving methods Knowledge of change management and process improvement practices Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated environments (GMP, FDA, ISO, USDA) Familiarity with cGMP and

ISO 13485

standards Experience with validation, CAPA, and risk management Knowledge of statistical analysis tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
