Accepting Candidates About the role Seeking a senior hands-on infrastructure engineer to lead enterprise modernization initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will drive cloud identity transformation, infrastructure security, and global systems improvements while coordinating technical initiatives involving SAP and third-party partners. Key Responsibilities Lead migration from hybrid Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID and modernize identity/access management Manage enterprise email migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft Outlook / Exchange Online Administer Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, including access controls, backup oversight, and disaster recovery readiness Own security monitoring, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and policy deployment across global systems Support governance reviews for user access across enterprise platforms including SAP , Azure, and legacy applications Coordinate technical deliverables with third-party vendors and support SAP-related enhancement projects Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure , Microsoft Entra ID , and Active Directory Experience managing Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online migration or enterprise messaging environments Background in infrastructure security, access governance, vulnerability management, and patching Experience supporting enterprise application environments with exposure to SAP Ability to lead technical projects and coordinate external vendors or development partners Experience with tools such as Microsoft Defender , JumpCloud , Microsoft Purview , or related Microsoft security/governance platforms Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $70-$80/hr (W-2). Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
