Job Description:

Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & Manufacturing Consultant to lead the design and delivery of enterprise supply chain and manufacturing solutions. This is a hands-on, business-facing leadership role where you will partner directly with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions. This is not a support role - we are looking for a seasoned professional who can independently lead discussions, drive decisions, and take full ownership of solution delivery from concept through go-live. This role reports into senior IT leadership within enterprise applications and will play a critical role in shaping supply chain and manufacturing technology strategy. Key Responsibilities Business & Stakeholder Leadership Lead design workshops, solution sessions, and executive-level discussions Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations Translate complex and ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable solutions Drive decision-making and alignment across cross-functional teams Identify risks, issues, and gaps early, with clear mitigation strategies Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Delivery Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (design, configuration, testing, and deployment) Serve as Functional Lead across core SCM and Manufacturing modules Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and solution validation sessions Drive gap analysis and solution design decisions Oversee data conversion strategy and execution Lead UAT/QA cycles and ensure timely defect resolution Support end-user training and adoption efforts Required Qualifications 15+ years of Oracle Applications experience Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Manufacturing implementations Proven experience as a Functional Lead on full lifecycle implementations Ability to lead independently and drive outcomes without constant direction Experience managing vendors and offshore teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in regulated environments preferred (e.g., pharmaceutical or life sciences) Core Functional Expertise Oracle Fusion Modules Inventory Management Manufacturing / Work in Process (WIP) Product Information Management (PIM) Cost Accounting & Receipt Accounting Order Management (Order to Cash) Supply Chain Financial Orchestration Quality Management Business Processes Order to Cash Discrete / Build-to-Stock Manufacturing Inventory & Supply Planning Bill of Materials (BOM) and Master Data Subledger Accounting SDLC and Change Management Preferred Qualifications Experience with Procurement or Procure-to-Pay processes Exposure to Configure-to-Order or Quote-to-Order models Technical familiarity with: PL/SQL Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
