SENIOR PARALEGAL / LEGAL SPECIALIST / CONTRACTS A

rapidly growing, Dallas-based data center infrastructure company is seeking a sharp, intellectually curious legal professional to join its in-house legal team. It's an opportunity for a builder and a self-starter who wants to own their work, understand the full scope of a project, and be a genuine resource across the business. You'll support a flat, high-performing legal team working across commercial contracts, real estate, finance, power transactions, and international matters in one of the hottest sectors in tech. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including NDAs, SaaS agreements, and vendor agreements Support due diligence processes for real estate, financing, and corporate transactions Assist with entitlements, permitting, and documentation across complex real estate and infrastructure projects Leverage AI-driven tools for contract review and legal workflow efficiency Serve as a knowledgeable resource across practice areas — understand the full lifecycle of a project, not just one piece Support international legal matters across Latin American markets Collaborate with commercial, leasing, power, and finance teams across the business Qualifications 3+ years of paralegal or contract specialist experience — in-house or law firm considered Corporate, real estate, or transactional background strongly preferred Contracts experience required — breadth valued over subject matter depth International exposure a plus AI-savvy and comfortable with evolving legal tech tools Intellectually curious, driven, and not content with clocking in and clocking out Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX•in-office position Bachelors and Paralegal Certificate Required / or other advanced degrees A bit about us:•A high-growth global data center infrastructure company at the forefront of the AI revolution — with campuses across North America and Latin America and a client roster that includes some of the world's leading technology companies.
