Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Memphis, TN, for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The Senior Payroll Specialist will oversee payroll administration, ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, and manage garnishments. Responsibilities include processing payroll, handling payroll services for employees, maintaining confidentiality of payroll data, and ensuring timely payments. The role will require attention to detail, adherence to legal requirements, and collaboration with internal teams to address any payroll-related concerns. Qualifications Comprehensive experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Services Proficiency in Payroll Taxes, including compliance and reporting Hands-on expertise in payroll processing with attention to accuracy and timeliness Experience managing garnishments and ensuring regulatory compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of payroll systems and relevant software Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
