ABOUT THE ROLE

Four Quarters Mechanical is looking for a highly experienced Senior Plumber to lead service work across New Jersey. This is a role for someone who has seen it all — complex diagnostics, tough drain and sewer situations, demanding customers — and handles it with confidence. You will run your own calls, mentor junior plumbers, and be the person the team looks to when the job gets complicated. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead advanced plumbing service calls across residential and commercial accounts independently Diagnose complex plumbing issues and deliver effective, lasting solutions Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations to the highest standard Conduct backflow testing, installation, and repairs where applicable Operate hydro jetting equipment for drain and sewer cleaning where applicable Ensure all work meets New Jersey plumbing codes and safety standards Mentor junior plumbers and helpers in the field — your experience is an asset to the whole team Participate in a shared on-call rotation for after-hours service coverage Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and job documentation

WHAT YOU BRING

Extensive hands-on plumbing experience at a senior or lead level Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently under pressure Hydro jetting experience is a plus — we will train the right candidate Backflow testing experience is a plus — not required to apply Backflow certification license is a plus — we will support the right candidate in obtaining it Natural leadership ability — you lift the people around you Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional, reliable, and customer-focused on every job
