Job Description:
Senior Product Engineer Reports to Global Product Engineering Manager and Regional Lead Product Engineer Position Summary The Senior Product Engineer serves as a technical leader within the Product Engineering organization, bridging gaps between the Lead Product Engineer and the broader engineering team. This role is responsible for managing complex projects, providing technical mentorship, and supporting daily engineering activities while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Rotor Clip's full product portfolio. Senior Product Engineers may also specialize in leading a dedicated product or application team. Key Responsibilities Act as a technical extension of the Lead Product Engineer, supporting strategic and operational engineering initiatives. Lead complex, cross-functional product development and customer projects from concept through production. Serve as a subject matter expert across Rotor Clip product families, with the ability to specialize in specific applications or markets. Evaluate the technical feasibility of RFQs and participate in risk and manufacturability assessments. Prepare accurate technical quotations in collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality. Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and supporting documentation. Support production with technical troubleshooting, process improvements, and product performance evaluations. Coordinate with global engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Provide guidance and mentorship to Product Engineers. Participate in design reviews, customer meetings, and internal technical presentations. Perform other duties as assigned by management. At least 4-5 years manufacturing experience required Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or another related field
