Job Description

Summary Join Claris, an Apple company, as a Senior Product Manager. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a passion for delivering delightful AI-powered experiences and independently drive projects towards completion. In this role you'll develop and apply insights to help infuse innovative features into our product-development process. You will help to drive strategy, roadmap and direction setting for product offering that helps businesses to streamline their operations and decision making. It is a great opportunity to work on critical strategy initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced team. Description Product Managers in our organization sit at the intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty. On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, create a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager who is will be responsible for understanding our client needs, influencing business strategy, prioritize product features, and collaborating with engineering to develop our products. Minimum Qualifications
  • \tBachelors degree with 8+ years of experience in driving the development of B2B software products.
  • \tDemonstrated experience owning customer-facing products end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • \tExperience building AI-powered or agentic products, including workflows involving LLMs, automation, or decision-support systems.
  • \tFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation, and AI system guardrails.
  • \tExperience working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in an agile development environment.
  • \tStrong ability to translate complex customer problems into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
  • \tExperience working with data-driven decision making, including defining success metrics and analyzing product performance.
  • \tStrong customer empathy and experience conducting discovery with business users to identify workflow pain points.
  • \tStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • \tProven ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas through written and/or verbal communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • \tExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications
  • \tSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • \tExperience working on platform products with extensibility through APIs, connectors, or developer ecosystems.
  • \tTrack record of launching products that drove measurable adoption, engagement, or revenue growth
  • \tProven experience working with APIs, integrations, or data-driven platforms.
  • \tExperience collaborating with partners or third-party developers building on top of a platform Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
