Senior Production and Scheduling Coordinator Location
  • Onsite This is an onsite role that works at the Chaseburg Creamery in Chaseburg, WI. The shift/hours are Monday
  • Friday, 7 am

Summary of Role This role owns the accuracy, execution, and integrity of inventory, procurement, and production transactions within SAP. The position is accountable for ensuring alignment between physical plant operations and system data, supporting production continuity, financial accuracy, and regulatory compliance. This role requires independent judgment, proactive problem solving, and ownership of outcomes. This role is people and food safety sensitive. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end inventory accuracy and reconciliation, resolving physical and system discrepancies to maintain ≥99% accuracy.
  • Complete all SAP transactions same-day with no backlog
  • Execute production orders and ensure accurate recording of all production activity.
  • Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to unload trucks and move materials.
  • Manage procurement execution including requisitions, order tracking, and receipt processing.
  • Ensure material availability to support uninterrupted production.
  • Coordinate shipments and ensure proper documentation for all outgoing and incoming loads.
  • Maintain compliance with FMMO, FDA/PMO, and audit requirements through consistently audit-ready documentation.
  • Serve as the primary interface between operations, accounting, and supply chain.
  • Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing work, resolving issues, and escalating risks.
  • Deliver accurate and timely month-end inventory close. Additional Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate LTL shipments, product transfers, and plant shuttles.
  • Create purchase requisitions for MRO, packaging, and production supplies.
  • Track open orders and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and required shipping documentation
  • Assist with plant audits and mock recalls
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong SAP experience (inventory, production, purchasing).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactional environments.
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to challenge discrepancies.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments preferred.
  • Verbal and written communication skills: ability to follow instructions and to clearly express ideas in a concise and professional manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to bend, lift, carry, twist during the workday to count inventory and support product delivery.
  • Ability to work in cold environments occasionally.
  • Ability to operate electric hand jacks and forklifts to receive, inspect, and conduct inventory counts.
  • Ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot both individually and as a part of a group.
Base hourly wage range:
$19.43 per hour
  • $23.
55 per hour This hourly wage range is exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. If you are hired at CROPP, your final base hourly wage compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
