What We're Looking For
Datavant is seeking a senior program management leader to lead the acquisition system integrations as part of the Datavant M&A strategy. This role will establish an enterprise integration plan that spans multiple technical functions and manage the delivery of that plan against target milestones. The Senior Program Manager - M&A will ensure the acquisition integrations including standards, governance, and operating models that enable consistent, high-quality integrations across the organization. You will work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations to ensure acquisitions deliver value quickly and seamlessly.
What You Will Do
+ Define and lead the enterprise M&A integration activities across technical domains
+ Create integration readiness checklists across tooling, teams, and processes
+ Standardize Jira and Confluence onboarding practices
+ Establish governance with Strategy, Security, and IT stakeholders
+ Drive executive-level reporting and risk visibility
+ Define post-integration review and continuous improvement processes
+ Ensure alignment of integration execution with business outcomes
What You Need to Succeed
+ 5-7+ years in program management, transformation, or M&A; integration
+ Experience leading complex enterprise integrations
+ Strong understanding of M&A; lifecycle and integration challenges
+ Experience building scalable operating models and frameworks
+ Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
+ Solid influencing and project management skills
+ Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity Success Looks Like
