Job Description Lead ground‑up commercial projects ranging from $10M - $80M Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from start to finish Manage subcontractors, design partners, and internal project teams Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance requirements Support business development activities, including client engagement and pursuits Contribute to proposals, presentations, and preconstruction strategy Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and key stakeholders The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex commercial projects Proven ability to lead large project teams and manage multiple phases simultaneously Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills Ability to support business development and contribute to long‑term client partnerships High level of organization and commitment to driving successful outcomes What's on Offer Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package Company vehicle OR vehicle allowance Strong and consistent bonus structure PTO Opportunity to lead high‑impact projects with a respected national contractor.
