This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure project understanding Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports, forecasts, and change orders Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Mentor and support project engineers and junior project managers Identify and mitigate project risks Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7-15+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or industrial projects Proven track record of successfully delivering projects valued at $5M+ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in Owners Representative/Construction Management Arena OSHA certification PMP or similar certification (a plus) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $100,000 - $130,000+ (based on experience) Performance bonuses Health and dental insurance ESOP distribution Paid time off and holidays Why Join Us Strong pipeline of repeat customer projects Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunities for advancement and leadership Commitment to safety and quality True work/life balance
