$160,000 - $200,000 + Annual bonus and Full Benefits package Our client is a highly respected General Contractor known for delivering complex commercial construction projects across the Greater Boston market. With a strong reputation for quality, collaboration, and long-term client relationships, they have built a culture centered around teamwork, integrity, and investing in their people. Their project portfolio includes large-scale, high-profile work requiring sophisticated coordination, technical expertise, and strong leadership. They are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager who can lead large and complex projects while acting as a trusted partner to clients, ownership groups, architects, and internal teams. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing project execution from preconstruction through closeout while helping mentor and support project teams along the way.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Manage all aspects of project-related cost control and financial performance Lead communication surrounding change orders, schedules, contracts, and project updates Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to maintain milestone schedules Oversee value engineering initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities Partner closely with field teams, ownership, and design teams to ensure successful project execution Proactively manage staffing needs and workload distribution across projects Track subcontractor agreements, insurance requirements, and project documentation Support and promote company-wide safety initiatives and best practices Keep senior leadership informed on project progress, risks, and overall performanceQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred Strong experience managing large, high-risk, or multiple concurrent projects Broad understanding of estimating, preconstruction, field operations, scheduling, and project financials Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Thorough understanding of MEP systems and complex building structures Experience with Primavera, MS Project, document management software, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsBenefits Include:
