Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction📍 Sheridan, WY | 🏢 On-site | ⏱ Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of high-revenue, multi-phase projects. The Senior Project Manager sets project strategy, manages executive-level client relationships, and leads multiple project teams to ensure excellence in safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

What You'll DoLead large, high-value commercial construction projects from start to finishManage and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadershipServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and key stakeholdersOversee budgets, forecasting, cost control, and overall financial performanceLead contract negotiations, change management, and risk mitigation effortsCollaborate with executive leadership on staffing, resources, and project strategy
What We're Looking ForRequired:
10+ years of construction project management experienceExperience managing large-scale projects (typically $20M+ or similar complexity)Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyStrong financial and business acumenExperience working directly with owners and senior stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, education, or complex commercial constructionGeneral contractor backgroundStrong leadership presence and accountability-driven management style
Compensation & BenefitsSalary:
