Senior Project Manager (Multiple Openings)

Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis, lead and guide the work of technical staff, and serve as a point of contact for the client or customer while understanding program specifications and contract deliverables. Plan, develop, and define project goals and scope for $5M-$50M program values and understand project business risks. Establish a shared vision for internal and external stakeholders and come up with plan B and plan C for risk management. Conduct regular meetings with project presentations and manage documentation. Assign team members to project-specific tasks and work with internal stakeholders and external clients/customers. Set and manage customer expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction exceeding customer expectations. Monitor project progress and set deadlines, overcome project obstacles that arise, and document project process using various project management tools. Manage project budgets worth $5M-$50M and eliminate program blockers not supporting the timing schedule. Apply organizational skills and project follow-through abilities, time management knowledge to coordinate tasks and activities to be effective to meet project timing schedules, be creative to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions, and use problem-solving skills to identify problems, find their root cause, and create solutions. Present and showcase project documents, charts, and tables professionally to internal stakeholders and external clients/customers, manage team members on projects worth $5M-$50M, and motivate team members to achieve successful program launch. Lead program execution by coordinating schedules, procurement, staffing, and budgets; serve as primary customer contact and ensure compliance with contractual deliverables. Define project scope, objectives, and execution plans for programs valued at $5M-$50M. Identify and mitigate business and technical risks through structured risk management and contingency planning. Conduct executive-level program reviews and oversee documentation governance. Allocate resources and assign responsibilities across cross-functional teams. Manage stakeholder communications and customer expectations throughout the program lifecycle. Monitor project performance against baseline schedules and milestones; implement corrective actions to address delays or deviations. Oversee financial performance of $5M-$50M programs, including budget tracking and variance control. Apply project management methodologies to coordinate execution activities and ensure timely achievement of project objectives. Prepare and present executive reports on schedule, cost, risk, and performance metrics to internal leadership and external clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor•- Mechanical Engineering or a related field; will accept equivalent foreign degree;

Experience:

Five (5) years as a Mechanical Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager or related engineering role; Experience must include: 1. EV-ICE-VO-BA and Warehouse automation;2. Powertrain and Robotic automation;3. Applied Industrial Technology, Industrial automation, Gantry and Conveyor part transport •Will accept equivalent foreign degree; will accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of experience; will also accept any fully equivalent combination of education training, and/or experience.
