Test Leadership & Strategy Proven experience leading manual and automation testing teams across multiple projects Expertise in test planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation Strong knowledge of test strategy definition, risk-based testing, and release sign-off Hands-on involvement in test design reviews, defect triage, and stakeholder communication Experience mentoring and guiding team members on testing best practices and automation standards Testing Methodologies Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and continuous testing practices Automation Testing Expertise Hands-on experience in test automation framework design, enhancement, and maintenance
