• Full-time Standard Title & Escrow provides representation to buyers and sellers of real estate, as well as banks and mortgage companies.

As we strive to provide the most wholesome representation available, we guide our clients through every step of the closing process, from negotiating the Purchase & Sale Agreement, to reviewing the final closing documents. Standard Title & Escrow is seeking to fill an opening for a Real Estate Paralegal position in our Woburn office. The candidate should be familiar with all phases of a residential real estate transaction and should have 2-5 years experience. Standard Title is a team-oriented, dynamic firm with a positive and cooperative culture. Primary responsibilities will include opening files, ordering title, plot plans, MLCs, issuing title commitments, preparing files for closing and post-closing files. The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Thorough understanding of TRID Guidelines regarding residential closings and lender requirements
• Proficient in Qualia software preferred
• Knowledge of the closing process from start to finish
• Commercial experience is a plus, but not a requirement This position will receive guidance and supervision from the senior paralegal.
