Position Overview The Senior Regional Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all administrative, financial, compliance, and operational functions within an assigned affordable housing portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring strong property performance while maintaining regulatory compliance across HUD, Project-Based Section 8, and LIHTC programs. Why Join Us Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, and 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off and focus on work-life balance Key Responsibilities Oversee the operational and financial performance of an assigned affordable housing portfolio Ensure compliance with HUD, Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC , and other regulatory program requirements Maintain rent limits and utility allowances and coordinate annual rent adjustments Attend audits and inspections, prepare responses, and ensure timely and accurate reporting Develop and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies, ownership groups, and financial stakeholders Establish, monitor, and manage operating budgets Plan and oversee capital improvement projects Conduct routine site visits to ensure operational standards are maintained Support the development of policies, procedures, and regional training initiatives Train, mentor, and supervise Regional Managers and on-site teams Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable work culture Qualifications 7-10 years of progressive multifamily property management experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a Regional Manager overseeing affordable housing portfolios Strong working knowledge of Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD programs Proven success managing financial performance and property operations Experience training, mentoring, and leading teams Strong understanding of California Landlord-Tenant laws Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze and interpret budgets, financial reports, and operational data Experience with Yardi and OneSite property management software preferred Must hold at least one affordable housing designation such as
HCCP, COS, SHCM, or NCP Pay:
$130,000.00
