Senior SAP Finance Product Manager

Description Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Export Control Requirement:

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen. In this role you will be a key member of the team creating enterprise applications needed to design, build, and operate the organization's business services. You will own and operate ERP systems critical to Amazon Leo. Our ideal candidate is highly autonomous, strong knowledge of SAP functional and technical modules, organizational and time management skills and has a successful track record of delivering large-scale engineering projects. The desire and ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment is essential. Key job responsibilities

• Lead and create business requirements and accurately translate them into functionality
• Functionally architect

including finance related 3P modules that support both commercial and Government requirements

• Clearly articulate benefits in business language
• Integrate SAP systems with corporate applications and other related Leo systems while ensuring Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) protection
• Engage business sponsors and contribute to their targeted business outcomes
• Identify solution gaps and develop gap closure options
• Present complex information to stakeholders and teams in a clear and appealing manner
• Manage ambiguity and create accurate project effort estimates and articulate risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Recognize implications of business strategy changes
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to SAP development and support teams
• Oversee customization and configuration of SAP applications to meet business needs

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical degree or related experience
• 7+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on

SAP S/4HANA

experience

• 5+ years of experience as SAP finance functional architect
• 3+ years experience in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and industry standards Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
• Experience with SAP Finance modules supporting manufacturing and procurement operations, including integration with production planning, sourcing, and supply chain processes
• Comprehensive understanding of custom development approach and integration strategy from both a technical and functional perspective
• Experience with SAP security best practices that ensure SAP systems comply with industry regulations and standards

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
