Contract $85-$105/HR 1099 (W2 option $140K-$165K plus benefits) Position Overview Enhanced Staffing is partnering with a confidential data center client to identify a Senior Site Scheduler who will act as an Owner's Representative supporting large-scale, mission-critical construction projects. This role is focused on schedule oversight, performance analysis, and contractor coordination , ensuring schedules are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project objectives. You will work closely with the owner's team and general contractor to drive best practices and maintain project momentum. Key Responsibilities Conduct weekly QA/QC reviews of contractor schedules Evaluate and provide feedback on baseline and updated schedules to ensure proper scope, sequencing, and logic Establish and maintain schedule reporting cadence for stakeholders Analyze schedule health and identify risks, delays, and performance gaps Lead schedule review meetings with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders Perform time impact analysis (TIA) and assess schedule-related change orders and claims Support recovery planning and acceleration strategies when needed Review contractor progress and validate schedule updates against field conditions Conduct forensic schedule analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate delays Assist in training and guiding project teams on scheduling best practices Interpret schedule and cost data to support decision-making across project phases Ensure compliance with project controls standards, contract requirements, and safety protocols Participate in site walks as needed to verify progress and alignment with schedule Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 3-5+ years of scheduling experience on data center or mission-critical projects Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (required) Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling logic, and project controls Experience reviewing time impact analyses, delay claims, and recovery schedules Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Effective communicator with the ability to work across owners, contractors, and project teams Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
