Senior ServiceNow Developer

• Key Responsibilities
• + Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and reusable components on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript (client/server-side), Glide Script, HTML, CSS for Service Portal development.

+ Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, HRSD and ITAM Modules. + Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices. + Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID Servers, specific knowledge of LDAP\Active Directory integration. + Experience in integrating ServiceNow with various IT systems and tools using MID Server, web services, APIs, etc. + Proactively monitor and tune system performance, optimizing complex queries, reports, and background scripts.

Script execution efficiency, query performance tuning, background script optimization, report/dashboard performance. + Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise identity systems (LDAP, AD, SSO, SAML, OAuth). + Experience in core platform mechanics including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, UI builder (Configurable workspace), Playbook and Advanced Workflows. + Experience with Source Control (e.g., Git) for collaborative development and using Studio.

CI/DC processes + Experience with Mobile App Builder (MAB), Mobile Studio, Applets, and setting up Offline Mode functionality

Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
