We are looking for someone who can think ahead, stay organized, manage workflow, and help keep production moving without constant supervision. The right candidate will help coordinate orders, prioritize production, organize the shop, and assist ownership in daily operations. Responsibilities Coordinate daily production flow and shop operations Keep track of customer orders and production schedules Help organize materials, trim, and finished orders Assist production team with priorities and workflow Operate forklifts and production equipment Help maintain inventory organization Communicate with ownership regarding production status Identify problems before they become issues Help create a clean, efficient, professional shop environment Requirements Strong forklift experience

REQUIRED

Previous manufacturing, shop, or production leadership experience Highly organized and self-motivated Able to manage multiple tasks at once Problem solver with attention to detail Reliable and punctual Able to work independently without constant direction Preferred Experience Metal roofing or steel manufacturing Production scheduling Warehouse operations Inventory management Team leadership Pay & Benefits $20-$28/hour depending on experience Full-time Opportunity for major growth with the company Long-term leadership opportunity available We are building a long-term team and looking for someone who wants to grow into a key role within the company.
