Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR advance degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Nice toHave:
Experience in the medical device industry and/or surgical techniques. Experience with X-ray imaging systems, including system performance characterization and image quality optimization. Experience analyzing end-to-end imaging pipelines, including detector behavior, acquisition, calibration, reconstruction, image processing, and display. Experience troubleshooting image quality artifacts and performance limitations in imaging systems. Ability to apply AI tools effectively while exercising sound engineering judgment, technical accuracy, and appropriate review of outputs. Experience in Systems Engineering as related to stakeholder needs definition, creation of use case workflows, requirements definition and decomposition, functional architecture, and system design. Experience planning and conducting user evaluations of product concepts, analyzing data, documenting evaluation methods and results, and presenting design recommendations to product teams. Experience with software design, algorithm design, GUI design, and iterative software development practices. Familiarity and experience working with Matlab, Linux, C++, or scripting languages. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
