Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to enhance our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment, providing a comprehensive range of tax services to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service quality. Oversee workflow processes and foster robust client relationships. Prepare and review complex multi-state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, fiduciaries, and individuals, including forms 1040, 1041, 1120, and 1065. Provide specialized expertise in estate, trust, and financial planning for high-net-worth individuals, focusing on estates, gifting, and IRA strategies. Develop strategic year-end tax projections and quarterly tax planning estimates. Conduct in-depth tax research and provide training on pertinent topics. Manage the resolution of tax notices and audits with regulatory agencies. Supervise and mentor junior staff accountants, guiding them through multiple engagements. Evaluate team performance and offer constructive feedback to aid professional development. Deliver educational content and client communications, including webinars.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in public accounting with a broad tax background and the ability to lead multiple projects. CPA designation is preferred. Proficiency in CCH Axcess Tax, Engagement, and QuickBooks. Strong technical knowledge of taxation principles. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
