This role is designed for a senior field professional who excels at coordinating challenging project conditions, mentoring field leaders, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple scopes and phases. This is not a day-to-day trade supervision role. The Senior Superintendent leads through planning discipline, field inspection, coaching, and accountability to ensure predictable project outcomes. Travel Requirement This is a traveling position. The first assignment will be a multi-story, multi-building apartment complex located in Evansville, Indiana , with similar future projects throughout Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio . Company-provided lodging, vehicle allowance, and food per diem included. Senior Traveling Superintendent (Construction) Key Responsibilities Provide field leadership and oversee daily construction operations, schedules, and budgets Supervise subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution Plan and maintain construction schedules; resolve issues impacting cost, quality, or timeline Coordinate trades, materials, equipment, inspections, and project stakeholders Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with plans, specifications, and codes Champion job site safety and enforce OSHA and company safety standards Maintain an organized, safe, and productive job site environment Communicate with project teams, clients, and vendors while maintaining project documentation Senior Traveling Superintendent (Construction) Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management or 13 years of extensive experience leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent 4+ years of using Procore, a plus Multifamily, wood framing experience Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-phase, or fast-paced builds Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination Proven ability to lead teams through challenging project conditions Experience mentoring field leaders and developing teams Confident decision-maker with strong communication skills Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
