In this role, you will help manage daily warehouse operations, including handling materials, preparing orders, and supporting production tasks.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials Pick, assemble, and prepare materials for shipment Load and unload materials safely and accurately Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials Track damaged or missing materials Assist with basic fabrication, cutting, and assembly as needed Maintain and repair reusable materials (forms, equipment, etc.) Operate equipment such as forklifts and other machinery Help prepare and coordinate shipments for delivery Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety procedures

What You'll Do:

Load and secure materials onto flatbed trailers safely and efficiently Operate forklifts (including large-capacity equipment) to move materials and equipment Plan and organize loads to maximize space and ensure safe transport Coordinate yard activity and help direct team members as needed Track inventory and ensure materials are accurate and ready for shipment Communicate with drivers and team members to keep operations running smoothly Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

What We're Looking For:

3-6 years of warehouse or yard experience (flatbed loading preferred) Certified forklift operator (required) Previous leadership or lead experience is a plus Comfortable using basic technology (Microsoft Office; Monday.com is a plus) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in all weather conditions
