Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Senior:
Estimated annual base pay: $93,000.00(minimum)•$121.00(midpoint)•$146,000.00(maximum)
Staff:

Military Leave Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
Create and optimize next generation fuel system architectures and components.
Project Leadership:
Manage small to medium-sized engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource coordination.
Problem-Solving:
Address complex engineering challenges using advanced principles and innovative solutions.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality assurance) to integrate systems into broader projects.
Mentorship:
Guide and support junior engineers to enhance team capabilities and foster professional growth.
Key Skills:
Expertise in hydraulic valve, fuel system, pump, and electromechanical device design. Strong system-level thinking and physics-based modeling skills. Strategic decision-making using trade studies and balancing tactical/strategic priorities. Proven ability to navigate conflicting or incomplete requirements. Leadership in mentoring engineering teams and supporting NPI initiatives. Effective technical communication and consensus-building with diverse teams. Knowledge of industry best practices and competitive market awareness.
Successful candidates typically have:
Senior:
US•Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Greater than 4 years' experience in related field Pump development experience
Staff:
US•Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Greater than 8 years' experience in related field or entry level PhD degree Pump development experience This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
