is seeking a highly experienced Sensitive Activities Planner / Alternate Program Manager (Senior) to support strategic intelligence planning, operational coordination, and mission management activities within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience supporting Counterintelligence (CI), HUMINT, Special Reconnaissance (SR), and other sensitive or specialized intelligence operations in high-tempo and mission-critical environments. This key personnel position requires a proven leader with exceptional operational planning expertise, staff coordination experience, and the ability to support senior government leadership across enterprise intelligence missions.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the Senior Sensitive Activities Planner and Alternate Program Manager supporting strategic intelligence operations and sensitive mission activities. Lead planning, synchronization, and coordination efforts supporting Counterintelligence (CI), HUMINT, Special Reconnaissance (SR), and other specialized intelligence activities. Develop operational plans, mission support strategies, and enterprise-level coordination efforts aligned with government objectives and operational priorities. Coordinate with Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, and interagency stakeholders to ensure mission integration and operational effectiveness. Support program management functions including mission oversight, staffing coordination, personnel accountability, and operational reporting. Organize and facilitate senior-level meetings, briefings, planning sessions, and operational working groups. Maintain accountability of staffing actions, task management activities, and dissemination of mission-critical information across the command. Advise leadership on operational risks, mission posture, resource allocation, and planning considerations related to sensitive intelligence activities. Ensure compliance with applicable Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), security protocols, and operational policies. Utilize advanced Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms to manage planning efforts, reporting, and enterprise communication. Support additional duties, responsibilities, and mission activities as required.
Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance Must be willing and able to successfully complete a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph examination with a No Deception Indicated (NDI) result on a pre-appointment and periodic basis Education Master's degree from an accredited institution Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) Military / Government Training Requirements Graduate of Intermediate Level Education (ILE), Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCO), or equivalent U.S. Government (USG) / Intelligence Community (IC) leadership training Graduate of a U.S. Government Counterintelligence Badge & Credential producing course, Intelligence Community equivalent, or DoD
CAT 1 HUMINT
Certification Course Experience Requirements 12+ years of full-time experience in management or leadership positions 8+ years of full-time experience supporting strategic Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community planning related to: Counterintelligence (CI) HUMINT Special Reconnaissance (SR) Or other sensitive/specialized intelligence activities 5+ years of staff/action officer experience supporting intelligence organizations, including: Maintaining accountability of staffing actions Organizing senior-level meetings and briefings Coordinating personnel actions Disseminating information across command environments Required Knowledge & Skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools Strong understanding and experience applying Intelligence Community Directives, including:
ICD 203 ICD 206 ICD 300 ICD 501 ICD 704 ICD 707
