We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team. Position Summary As our Dispatcher , you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will coordinate daily service schedules, dispatch skilled technicians, and serve as the main point of contact between customers, field staff, and the office team. Your strong communication and organizational skills will ensure that every service call is handled efficiently and that customers receive the prompt, high-quality care we're known for.What We Offer Competitive Pay:

$30,000 company-paid life insurance policy Supportive, Team-Oriented Environment where your work makes a daily impact Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch technicians for plumbing and repair services throughout the day Plan efficient routes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and answer questions Monitor job progress and technician availability to ensure on-time service delivery Handle emergency service requests with professionalism and urgency Maintain accurate records of service calls, job details, and customer communications Collaborate with office and field teams to resolve scheduling or operational challenges Provide general administrative support to keep operations running seamlessly Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience as a service dispatcher (plumbing, HVAC, or similar industry preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure in a dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch or scheduling software High school diploma or equivalent required About Septic Blue, Inc.
