Server

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and hospitality-driven Server to join our fine dining steakhouse team. Candidates must have a strong understanding of food, wine, and steak preparation, along with the ability to deliver elevated, attentive service in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in hospitality, guest experience, and detailed menu knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and professional service throughout the dining experience Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, menu ingredients, cocktails, wine, and daily specials Guide guests through menu selections and confidently answer questions Maintain strong communication with kitchen staff, food runners, and management Ensure accuracy in order entry, pacing, and guest satisfaction Anticipate guest needs and deliver a high level of hospitality at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations and dining areas

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of fine dining serving experience required Strong food knowledge is required and additional knowledge of steak is preferred Wine and cocktail knowledge Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team mentality Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
