Responsibilities Greet members warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining POS systems for reservations and seating management Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling and cleaning procedures Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Foster positive guest relations through excellent communication, attentive service, and resolving issues promptly Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or country club settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while multitasking effectively Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with serving, bussing tables, host/hostess duties, or food preparation is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy are essential Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional member experiences!
