Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage multiple tables efficiently with excellent time management skills during busy hours Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation as needed Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment Requirements Previous restaurant experience or food service background is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and check splitting Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles within the food industry is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members professionally Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
