We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with guests and maintain a positive atmosphere will contribute significantly to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through cash registers. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of menu items, sales techniques, and guest relations. Skills Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not required. Sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
