Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, requests, and service needs in a timely and friendly manner Manage daily operational tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and coordinating appointments or events Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across departments Maintain accurate documentation of activities, transactions, and client interactions to ensure compliance and accountability Support community outreach initiatives by representing the organization at local events and fostering positive relationships Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant environment Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or community engagement roles preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Energetic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork Basic proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training relevant to the role are a plus Join us in making a meaningful difference!
