Job Summary We're looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you'll be the face of our restaurant, providing attentive service, sharing menu recommendations, and ensuring guests feel valued from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm and knowledge. Take accurate orders using a POS system like Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices. Excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly attitude. Basic math skills for cashiering, check splitting, and handling cash accurately.
