for the Pinehurst location! Open Interviews are being conducted DAILY! Update - Primarily Seeking OPEN Availability (AM & PM Shifts, All Days) As a Server/Bartender ($2.13/hr +tips) , your primary purpose is to create a unique and personal experience for Buffalo Wild Wing's Guests by enthusiastically and effectively presenting food and beverage options in an informative, friendly and enthusiastic manner. Job responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to: Provide warm welcome to Guests and engage Guests in conversations supporting current sports events, other promotional activities and/or their areas of interest Make genuine recommendations regarding all menu items Write Guest food orders on slips, memorize orders and enter orders into the POS system Check Guest identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages Serve food and/or beverages to Guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience Check with Guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and anticipate any need for corrective action to ensure Guest satisfaction - Inform Managers as needed Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to the kitchen for cleaning Collect and accurately process Guest payments Maintain positive working relationships with all

Team Members and Manager Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age to serve (21 years of age to bartend) Prior foodservice experience strongly preferred (Required to bartend) As a Cashier/Greeter ($7.25 - $13.00/hr, BOE +TIPS!!!) , your primary purpose is to positively represent the Buffalo Wild Wings Brand as a first point of contact for Guests. This role is responsible for ensuring Guests are seated in a timely matter, and that all Guest needs are managed with a sense of urgency in a friendly and helpful manner. Job responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to: Provide warm welcome to incoming Guests while ensuring timely seating Accurately communicate waiting times to Guests and maintain timely communication to ensure Guests are kept informed with regards to their seating status Alert waiter/waitress of new Guests Seat Guests in appropriate area to ensure they are comfortable, ensuring that a server does not have too many tables to ensure quality Guest experience Assist with answering telephones and the assembly of takeout orders when necessary Assist Servers with running food and bussing tables Maintain cleanliness and organization of host station, ensuring all menus are properly stocked and clean, restock supplies as necessary WOW our Guests every day by achieving the highest level of satisfaction with an extraordinary focus on friendly service, food, fun and value Anticipate and respond to customer concerns and/or complaints and bring any issues to the attention of the manager with a sense of urgency Thank Guests as they leave and solicit feedback about the quality of service they received and/or their personal experience Invite Guests to return to BWW in the future

Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age No experience required As a Cook or HOH Team Member ($14.00-18.00/hr, BOE) , your primary purpose is the preparation of food items on a daily basis, while maintaining a clean, sanitized kitchen area. The individual in this role consistently follows recipes and procedures, as well as adheres to Buffalo Wild Wings standards. Knowledge and Skills include but are not limited to: Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety and security procedures Understanding of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in order to serve BWW Guests Strong skills in time management and organization, with excellent attention to detail Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives Conflict management skills, analytical skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence in order to recognize and solve problems that come with the position Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time Must be reliable and dependable by being punctual, adhering to a schedule and covering shifts when necessary Maintain positive working relationships with all
