Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Upsell menu items and specials to increase sales while maintaining genuine guest relations Serve food and drinks efficiently, adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards Manage guest needs throughout their visit by checking on tables, responding promptly to requests, and providing excellent customer service Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth operations Handle cash transactions accurately ensuring proper cash handling and math accuracy Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Exceptional communication skills to engage guests effectively and work collaboratively with team members Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
