Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling and preparation to ensure quality and safety standards are met Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Clear tables, bus tables, and reset dining areas quickly to maintain a smooth flow of service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, adhering to sanitation regulations and food safety protocols Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations via OpenTable or similar platforms Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration Basic math skills for cashiering, check splitting, and handling cash transactions accurately Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
