Hospitality Server (FOH) Bayou Jaq's Seafood Shack & Social — bold food, fun vibes, and a team that takes care of each other. We're looking for reliable, outgoing team members who want to grow with us as we expand our Edmond location. This FOH position is a great starting point for anyone interested in learning how to work behind the bar or advance into other guest-facing roles.

Pay:

$6/hr + tips (that's triple the usual $2/hr server pay). Bartending experience is a plus. What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with guests Dependable and on time — every shift matters Willing to follow directions, stay busy, and work as part of a team Open to learning new skills, especially bar service and guest experience Key Responsibilities Take and serve guest orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized service area and dining floor Help prep and stock items for both FOH and bar areas Communicate with the team to keep service smooth and guests happy What You Get Higher base pay than most serving jobs Hands-on experience in a growing hospitality group A chance to learn bar operations and be part of an expanding concept A fun, social workplace that rewards consistency and effort Once you apply, our management team will review your resume to see if you're a match.
