Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and adherence to food safety protocols Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales, utilizing knowledge of the menu and specials Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and maximize seating capacity Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Strong culinary knowledge and food industry experience; understanding of food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude; ability to build rapport with diverse guests Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability in sales techniques including upselling to enhance guest experience and revenue Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate bill processing Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry Must have minimum 2 years experience Join us in creating memorable experiences through exceptional service!
