Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience. Upsell additional items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy in orders and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation standards throughout service. Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in diners and family restaurants. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations.
