What You'll Do:

As a Lucky Hare server, your mission is to create memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, strong menu knowledge, and clear communication with the bar and kitchen. You'll set the tone for each table—whether it's a quiet dinner or a packed service—and you'll be supported by a team that values professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening Duties Arrive early to ensure your section is clean, organized, and guest-ready Set tables, stock service stations, and check side work Review menu updates, specials, and 86'd items Ensure POS system is functioning properly During Service Greet guests warmly within one minute of arrival Guide guests through food, wine, beer, and cocktail selections Accurately enter orders and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar Deliver food and drinks promptly with correct presentation Check back consistently to ensure guest satisfaction Upsell thoughtfully to enhance the guest experience Monitor guest safety with proper ID awareness and responsible service Handle payments accurately and provide a sincere thank-you upon departure Closing Duties Clean and reset your section for the next shift Complete all side work (polishing, restocking, sanitizing) Assist with overall floor cleanliness and organization Ensure all checks are closed out properly Weekly Responsibilities Deep-clean service stations and dining areas Restock supplies and maintain organization Maintain cleanliness standards across all guest-facing areas
