About Us Galiano Wine Bar & Restaurant is a boutique wine-focused restaurant centered around thoughtful hospitality, elevated food, and our own wines produced in California. We are building a small, highly intentional team focused on creating a polished and memorable guest experience. This is not a high-volume, transactional environment. Service, professionalism, and attention to detail are at the core of what we do. Position Overview We are seeking servers who are hospitality-driven, polished, and excited to be part of building something from the ground up. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with guests, understands the importance of timing and service flow, and takes pride in creating a warm, elevated dining experience. Wine knowledge is a plus, but personality, professionalism, and willingness to learn are equally important. Responsibilities Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and polished table service Guide guests through menu and wine selections with confidence and professionalism Maintain strong communication with bartenders, kitchen, and management throughout service Support overall front-of-house flow and guest experience Assist with opening, closing, side work, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas Maintain awareness of pacing, timing, and guest needs throughout the dining experience Uphold presentation and hospitality standards at all times Qualifications Previous hospitality or serving experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service periods Interest in wine, food, and hospitality-driven service Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail What We Offer Opportunity to grow within a premium hospitality concept Collaborative and professional work environment Wine education and exposure to a producer-driven wine program Competitive compensation plus participation in tip pool To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction about your background and interest in the position.
