Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations in compliance with sanitation regulations Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Knowledge of food industry terminology and hospitality best practices is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
