Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating flow Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices at all times Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable Familiarity with guest services tools such as OpenTable and upselling techniques Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests confidently Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy Experience in nightclub or hospitality settings is a plus but not required Join us today to be part of a vibrant team where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience unforgettable!
