Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions confidently Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are followed at all times Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant software Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Fine dining or nightclub serving experience is a strong plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated skills in customer service, guest relations, and sales techniques including upselling Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling Experience with food industry standards related to food preparation, handling, and serving Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrive in energetic hospitality environments!
