Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server for dinner service, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the friendly face that guides guests through their meal, ensuring exceptional service from start to finish. As a vital part of our food service team, you will handle food and beverage orders with precision, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and deliver outstanding guest relations that keep visitors coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments via Toast POS Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling procedures Provide exceptional guest service by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and fostering positive relationships Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or bussing when needed in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or fine dining restaurants Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Proven ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance guest satisfaction Background in hospitality or guest relations roles that emphasize communication skills and guest engagement Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences through energetic service, expert knowledge of the food industry, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
