As a Server/Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized bar area. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with people. Duties Prepare and serve wine, non-alcoholic beverages and specialty coffee drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, including taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with food preparation as needed and support bussing duties during peak hours. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting preferred. Knowledge of wines expected. Strong cash handling skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations. Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
